Hi to everyone, and a very happy new year. Just thought i'd check the site, as it's gone so quickly since Hannah left. I noticed the PGL trip photograph (Raft) and there is Hannah, well i think it's her, looks like her!! Great pic. I hope that you are all keeping well, mean't to nip in before christmas, just to say hello and maybe loiter a bit, but everything catches up with you, and the chance went. Tina and myself (old Beard) still miss the school. Hannah is doing really well at Lode Heath, but your teaching is part of that success, and not forgetting the care and kindness you also gave to me. She's into allsorts and has made many new friends.Liam starts his career experience at Ulverly in Aprill, he wants to be either an English teacher or History, so we will see. Can't quite believe he will soon be in year 11. Anyway all the very best to you all. Always fondly remembered, and some time i'll nip in. Best Wishes. Sharon (Fountain) xx

I was there from 1962 to 1969, sorry to see the old infant school is not part of the set up, but they were great days. Be good to have a reunion there someday.

I have been in chapel fields since september 2008. The school has been great and my favourite teacher is Miss Robinson because she is just so artistic. Every teacher has got a talent rather teaching. Mrs Rogers is a perfect for the headteacher job. I'm glad that they made Miss Robinson head of art teacher.

I was a pupil at Chapel Fields infants and juniors until 1963. Mr Neville was headmaster then. Other teachers: Mrs Glover, Mr Collins, Miss Davies (became Mrs Lord) Mrs Evans, Miss Lines. My memories of the school are wonderful.
I still have my blazer badge, and a booklet we made in the 3rd year for our trip to Blenheim Palace with the itinery. (I will copy this if you want to show pupils) My name then was Rachel Smyth.

Well it's almost time to leave for my daughter Hannah. It's gone so quickly. Liam too, who was once there is now 14. It's been a fabulous school, both to the kids and especially me. Yes you've taken care of me too, when i've been through rough times. You'll never know how much that is appreciated. Thankyou for the help, the laughter, the smiles. For being there when i needed a chat, or was troubled. For the warmth in the welcome, even when you didn't have much time, you always gave what you had.
Thankyou. Best Wishes to you all for the future.
